Hotel is close to the ski slopes. After skiing we welcomed sauna and steem room free of charge.
The room was very cold, heating was not working properly. Bed was not comfortable at all, very short a old mattress.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming hotel nestled in the heart of the mountains. the spacious room was beautifully renovated, offering breathtaking views from the balcony. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the delicious breakfast and dinner options exceeded our expectations, with a great variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel also had a well-maintained ski storage room and a relaxing sauna and steam room for unwinding after a day on the slopes.
The internet connection could be a bit more stable, especially in the restaurant and bar area.

A co-worker and I chose this hotel for it's closeness to the Hintertux Glacier. The staff was great and we were given free bus tickets for getting to and from the skiing area, and the bus stop was only 10 meters from the door. Once again, I have to stress that that staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed.
The wifi was free, but not so user-friendly. The connection timed out every few minutes, requiring you to login again, and the login page was not iPad compatible. Everything else was great!

Over Easter, we stayed at a family-run hotel that offered a good value for money. the breakfast was good, with Austrian meats, cheeses, and yogurts to our liking. the location was key for us, as the hotel was situated in a peaceful area with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. the ski/boot storage room was very convenient for our needs.
The hotel room we stayed in was in need of a modernization update. Our room was small and outdated, and the bathroom felt cramped.

Amazing meals and friendly staff! The food was exceptional, and the staff was very friendly, making our stay very enjoyable. We loved the spacious rooms and beautiful views of the surrounding area. The location was great, walking distance to many attractions. The sauna and steam room were also great after a long day out.
The interior looked a bit outdated, but it didn't affect our stay much. Some noise from inside the hotel could be heard, but it was not a major issue.
